Jessica provides The Attain Group consultants and clients with detail-oriented and efficient support. Her education as a legal administrator, law clerk and travel and event manager equip her with a range of skills that make her an effective team member at Attain.

While living in London, England, Jessica established her exceptional customer service skills while working in hotels as front of house, reservations agent, and meetings and events coordinator. There, she had a multi-property sales role and was selected to review office procedures, implement new protocols, create job manuals, and train new staff. Most recently, after returning to Canada, Jessica was an Executive Assistant to two busy real estate agents in the Ottawa area.

Jessica trained as a legal assistant in Ontario, completing the Law Clerk program at Algonquin College, and also received her Diploma in Travel and Tourism Management from Greenwich School of Management in London, England.
